ability to flag spam

There should be a way to identify or mark users as spammers.

I just got the following pm:

My name is miss Tessy Desmond,i saw your profile at web sit bouldr and i have no option than to fail in love with you and as you know that love is so blind that it does not have any color,economical and educational barrier . Unfortunately, a spammer created an account, sending messages to several users. I didn’t spot this strange activity until a fair few messages were sent, so I’m sorry about that.

I’m implementing a few new features that should prevent this sort of thing from happening again, including a ‘flag as spam’ button on messages.

Again, sorry for the hassle. These people are the bane of the Internet.
